Roseburg Elks Lodge #326 supports annual Stand Down event
ROSEBURG, Ore. — The annual Veterans Stand Down event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, at the Roseburg VA Medical Center.
Stand Down focuses on addressing the basic needs of the homeless and at risk veterans in the area.
During this event, veterans can receive such things as clothing, haircuts and health screenings.
